Tickets: All Spectators must purchase tickets. Players/Coaches DO NOT.

Waivers: Players, coaches, & refs must have the venue-specific waiver filled out electronically.

When: Please aim to arrive at least thirty minutes ahead of your slated game time. This will ensure that your athlete is given ample time to warm up, and that you’ll be able to find seating and get situated. Our photographer will also look to get photos of your team before, during, and after your gametime.Guests should please be prepared for a brief back-up (as all participants, teams, and their families will be lined up for check-in at the same time); we will make sure that athletes and their families are in-place before gametime!

Check-In: This is a step-by-step overview of the check-in process.Arrive at the stadium. Enter through gate B1

At entry, you will encounter Event check-in. Here, you may encounter a short line, as Playbook representatives work to verify registration for the event.Please simply provide your name and the quantity of passes you purchased to the representative at check-in, and you’ll be all set! If prompted for additional confirmation, please feel free to show a confirmation email, or other proof of purchase.Players and Coaches will enter through the same entrance.

Bag Policy:Fans are permitted to bring any bags size 14”x14”x6” or smaller. Backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 14”x14”x6” are not permitted. This policy is NOT in effect for the players or coaches. Spectators only. Security will search player & coaches bags.

Concession: No outside Food & Beverage will be allowed inside the arena. Players can bring in water/water bottles. Concessions will not be open for this event. On-field Operations Red Bull Arena requires sneakers and turfs only, cleats are not allowed

Parents/Spectators: Please do not wait until the last minute to register your seats. We have to give the stadium an accurate estimate of attendance for staffing and security purposes. There will be no cash purchases at the gate. As a reminder, players + coaches per team are free, as is any child under the age of 4.
