Frank Pajuelo is a dedicated soccer professional, with top USSF national licenses. He has been an educator for over 25 years in urban education and 27 years in soccer at all levels. As the Director of Coaching at WEFC, Frank oversees coaching staff, collaborates with training curriculum and development of multiple boys' and girls' teams, ranging from grassroots onward. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in fostering a positive and competitive environment for our players at WEFC.
Frank holds a master’s degree in educational technology, which enhances his ability to integrate innovative teaching methods into his coaching. During his tenure as the assistant boys’ varsity coach at Clifton High School, Frank contributed to winning the NJ State Championship in 2019 and consecutive Passaic County titles. Additionally, Frank has been actively involved in mentoring student-athletes, ensuring they successfully balance academic and athletic commitments, resulting in high graduation rates among team members.
His dedication to developing players' soccer skills, character, and sportsmanship has earned him high regard within the soccer community in New Jersey, particularly in Passaic and Essex counties. With a hands-on approach and a passion for soccer, Frank is dedicated to nurturing talent, promoting teamwork, and helping each player reach their full potential. His professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the sport make him an invaluable asset to the WEFC teams and programs.
